A dedicated Quality Assurance Group fully focused on Quality Assurance Model interfaces regularly with the in-house Teams and management to meet the Quality Goals of the organization. Ways and means are explored to make smart use of expertise in software technology to automate the Processes so that they are efficient and deliver the desired outputs consistently on implementation during Life cycle of the Product and benefit the customer through Delivery excellence. The Group is also entrusted with the task of training all employees on the QMS and educating them about the Process improvements before their deployment in organization.
