homes a year and was growing quickly, wanted to find a way
to efficiently monitor the sales process, production of homes,
pre-empt bottlenecks, allocate resources, forecast sales,
analyze the operational health, marketing health and sales
projections of the company.
The company, therefore, needed tools to increase the efficiencies
in sales, resource allocation, communication and production
processes.
