Technical:
Programming Skills: .Net Technology/ Architecture, Web/Windows Services & XML/XSLT
Database Skills: Microsoft SQL Server7, 2000/2005

Educational Qualification:
B.E/B.Tech/MCA/B Level/M.Tech

Total Experience: 4 to 6 years
3+ years hands on experience in designing and developing in .NET & C# technologies.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Reporting to the Project Manager or Project Leader or Client representative, ability to create high/low level design documents, database designing, requirement capturing/analysis, task management, project planning.
• Team handling (Explaining team goals and objectives to assigned team members and assist team in organizing to accomplish work)
• Identify opportunities to reuse existing infrastructure product platform to the maximum.
• Planning issues, assigning the task by selecting the right person, issues detail description, impact analysis, guide how to achieve or solve problem, participate in the work of the team, review and accept, amend or reject work done by teams. Able to manage team independently
• Task allocation, communicate assignments, milestones and deadlines to the team and individuals based on supervisor’s instructions
• Provide information to the supervisor on performance of the team, Relay request for resources and supplies, observe training needs, Inform supervisor of attendance and behavioral problems
• Be continually aware of the latest technologies and tools available to ensure we remain competitive.
• Co-coordinating work with onsite team/ client’s IT team
• Where necessary, solutions of support calls & may require site visits. Willing to travel internationally.
• Able to estimate project size and do Project planning (Microsoft project plan)
