Roles & Responsibilities:
Assisting the HR Head by execution of:
- Compensation & Benefits
Policies & Procedures: Payroll, Salary reviews,
market research & compensation studies, work permits,
Insurance etc.
- Company-wide communication
initiative.
- Employee retention and Attrition
management.
- Implementing Rewards &
Recognitions measures.
- Policy formulations, drafting
proposals and execution of HR policies, standards
and procedures.
- Performance Management.
- Maintaining Organizational
discipline & Administration.
- Conceive innovative people
development strategies.
- Robust & Timely People
Development Programs.
Responsible for:
- Leave & Attendance management.
- Recruitment & Induction.
- Co-ordination with Accounts Team for Statutory Compliance.
- Staffs Exit management.
- Periodic reporting to Function Head/ Generating
Management presentations.
- Team building for HR Operations.
- Coordinate with various line departments for smooth
HR Operations.

Experience
- About 2-3 years experience
in HR functions of which at least 1 years in role
of a Exec/ Sr. Exec /Asst. Manager.
- Experience in IT software
industry is a must – min 1 year.
- Should have hands-on experience
in IT staff recruitment, performance management and
compensation management & benchmarking.

- MBA in HR from a reputed
Business School

- Position may require foreign
